November 2010 - TEHA Board Meeting
Members present: Kohut, Teodorodis, Kaluzny, Jensen, Duchnicki

Meeting began at 7:20PM.
Halloween Parade on 10/31 a huge success. Donations given to Chuck Jensen for posting later. Pictures of event already posted on TEHA website.
TEHA Winter newsletter will be finished Dec. 1. It was decided that our newsletter will be hand-delivered to mailboxes, not mailed.
We currently have on hand approx. $2,200.
Todd Kaluzny reported that Eric DiLucia of Natural Stone can secure 2-3 ton boulders for $690 (delivered and placed at Martin/Condor) this fall. Etching of "Troy Estates" can take place on site.
It was decided that PayPal's $1.50 charge would be added to the $40 dues. If residents want to avoid the $1.50 charge, they can send a check to the president's address.
It was decided that the official address for TEHA will be the president's address at 1864 Pelican Ct.
Discussion about non-profit organizations and "bonded."
It was decided that Todd Kaluzny will work on a revision of our out-dated by laws. Kohut will assist.
Insurance discussion tabled until our next Executive Board meeting in January.
The TEHA Dues Statement (to be mailed) shall be amended to include "Application" with the assurance that personal info like phone and email address shall be password protected. Chris Hagey will address envelopes for all 250 homes in our sub. Return address will be president's address.
Cristian Teodoridis will set up on on-line discussion board, accessed from the TEHA website. Members will be able to discuss neighborhood issues on this discussion board without having to send separate emails back and forth. All comments on this board will be visible.
