TEHA Officers' Meeting of Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - 7 PM

Date for TEHA Annual Meeting was discussed - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 at 7 PM was selected - SITE TO BE ANNOUNCED
An email blast will be sent identifying SITE for TEHA Annual meeting; Agenda will consist of
Officer nominations and Elections (TEHA is currently in need of a Communications Director to compose TEHA quarterly newsletter!)
Discussion about sub improvements
Sprinkler system on Condor/Martin Islands (independent meters)
Discussion about Dues Statements: Mailing of 2016 Dues Statement and a flyer with sub 2016 Events was accomplished last week thanks to Linda and Mandy Bayly (Pelican Ct.)!
Dues envelopes and Pay Pal dues have been coming in.
Carol spoke about drafting a letter to residents on a court whose private island is in need of an overhaul.
Discussion was held about the success of TEHA's Welcome Baskets and officers agreed it was a positive touch that should be continued. Residents will continue to be asked to monitor NEW RESIDENTS and report to Carol via email
Joseph gave a Treasurer's report but will not have a solid figure until dues coming in have been calculated. So far, the TEHA treasury has over $1,000. Maintenance costs for our 2 entranceway islands
will, of course, be an on-going expense but not at the rate we have experienced in the past because both islands have been landscaped - thanks to resident Chris Hagey!
Webmaster Cristian Teodoridis will post Minutes of this meeting on the TEHA website.
Carol will provide copies of TEHA checkbook register to Treasurer Joseph Vassallo for his information.
