Minutes of TEHA General Annual Meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016 at 7 pm

Officers present were Carol Kohut, Joseph Vassallo, Cristian Teodorodis, and(former Comm. Dir.) Todd Kaluzny

Residents: Chris Hagey, Tom Hagey, John Scjiavone, Bob Swartz (many members cancelled due to bad weather)

Introductions were made and 2016 budget was discussed and approved (see website www.troyestates.com) for details

Discussion about ideas for sub: irrigation system (on separate meters) for both islands (approved), up-dating of our website, contact with realtors living in sub for up-dates on new sub residents (for Welcome Baskets), Little Free Library (a book exchange idea at a site in sub, approved, Carol will investigate), Facebook page (approved), re-do of Warbler island (approved). Other sugggestions were discussed. One resident suggested adding colorful flowers to our entranceway islands but Chris Hagey noted that deer have been eating the daylilies already planted on islands and that more flowers would draw them even more to the islands.

Resident John Schiavone volunteered to lead a series of discussions on the topic of updating the TEHA bylaws.
